Dear Twin Cities Creative,
Are you ready for deep WONDER and MAGIC in 2019? Let’s Gather. I’m so excited to spend some time together with kindred spirits, including YOU.
Have you been longing to take action on your dream, but you haven’t been moving forward? Or maybe it’s felt so damn hard you’ve been taking a breather from it all? Or maybe you’ve been feeling like something is missing… and if you had that something… life would feel better?
We are going to gather in a Story Circle and connect — heart-to-heart, soul-to-soul, with each other. From there, we’ll each tap into OUR ESSENTIAL SELF.
This is one of the most powerful things we can do as Creatives on the Path. Isolation is where we get stuck. We need solitude, yes, but connection helps us access our flow.
I’ve planned an experience that will give you an opportunity to:
1) Share your (whispers of) dreams out loud. (Necessary and AWESOME.)
2) Unlock a powerful personal story.
3) Discover what’s been holding you back so that you can continue ONWARD.
4) Get input on this dream from your higher self (as guided by Nature).
5) Request help from the Universe to empower this dream.
I hope you’ll join us!
Saturday, January 12, 9-1:30 am in Prior Lake, MN. (Just south of the Minnesota River.)
Much love and the wisdom of ALL the Owls,
P.S. Please bring a journal, pen, and a dream that’s calling to you (however vague or specific). Also please bring a lunch. 😇 I will provide hot beverages and snacks.
P.P.S. This gathering, FIRST in an ongoing series, is based on Sarah Bamford Seidelmann’s Retreat, “Finding Your Feelgood on the Hero’s Journey.”
Sarah was a physician living a nature-starved, hectic lifestyle until a walrus entered her life and changed everything. She’s an instructor for coaches at the Martha Beck Institute, a 3-year graduate from Michael Harner’s Foundation for Shamanic Studies, and the author of The Book of Beasties, Swimming with Elephants, and Born to FREAK: A Salty Primer for Irrepressible Humans. She lives in northern Minnesota.
On a personal note, Sarah’s words grace the cover of my German Awakening: Tales from an American Life.
